Ham pancakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 375 ml milk
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pack of Black Forest ham, cut into strips
  • Clarified butter or oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Whisk the eggs with flour, milk, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Fold in the ham strips. Fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Serve with iceberg lettuce and yogurt dressing.
