Ham pasta with mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 500 g ham, cooked
  • 3 small cans of mushrooms
  • 600 ml cream
  • some spice mix (barbecue spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Family recipe

Drain the mushrooms. Dice the ham. Cook the tagliatelle until al dente. Heat the cream. Sauté the drained mushrooms in a pan and season with barbecue seasoning. Add to the cream. Sauté the ham and season. Add to the cream with the mushrooms. Bring the cream sauce to a boil and season to taste. Serve with the tagliatelle.
