Asian sweet and sour sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ liter orange juice or pineapple juice
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce, light
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • some cayenne pepper
  • some curry
  • some sugar
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine orange juice, soy sauce, and ketchup and season with sweet and sour spices. Bring all ingredients (except Mondamin) to a boil in a saucepan and thicken with the Mondamin. All light-colored pan-fried meats, such as poultry, pork loin steaks, pork tenderloin, or even fish, go well with this sauce. Simply add any kind of vegetables, cut into strips or cubes, raw to the sauce and bring to a boil briefly.
