a delicious snack for in between
Spread a thin layer of herb cream cheese over the ham slices. Sprinkle some parsley over the slices and arrange the whole thing on one side with finely diced tomatoes. Season the tomato pieces with a pinch of fleur de sel or regular salt and roll the ham. Then place the rolls on a baking sheet (not on a rack, as the ham is very juicy) and bake in the oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for about 30 minutes until golden brown on the sides. Serve the ham rolls with a sweet and sour dip and a few basil leaves. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some grated chili peppers over the rolls.
