Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g wheat flour
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 2 sachets of dry yeast
  • 1 package of ham cubes, approx. 200 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, cover, and let rest in a warm place for about 2 hours. Sprinkle a little flour on the work surface and shape the bread. Place the dough on a baking sheet or rack lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (fan-assisted) on the middle rack for about 50 minutes. Instead of diced ham, you can also use a cup of fried onions, but then use only 500g of flour.
