First, mix the eggs, wheat bran, and ground beef together. Peel and finely chop the onion, and add it. Season everything and form four small, not too thick burger patties. Make a slight indentation in the center. This prevents the patties from bulging when cooked. Fry them on both sides in a pan until they’re cooked to your desired doneness. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom of the bun, top with the meat, and garnish with cucumber and tomato. Cover and secure the whole thing with a toothpick. If that’s “too dry” for you and you’re not so conscious of the calories, you can spice up the burger with a slice of cheddar or a homemade sauce, such as mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and salt. Let your imagination run wild and experiment as you please. Simply spread a little of the sauce on both halves of the bun before adding the toppings. French fries, grilled sweet potato wedges, or a crisp salad are a great side dish. 350 kcal per serving
