Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 rolls (burger rolls)
  • 6 large meatballs (hamburgers in my recipes)
  • 3 cucumber(s) (vinegar), chopped
  • 3 shallots, chopped
  • e.g. ketchup, milder
  • Mustard, milder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut open the burger bun. Toast the inside until crispy. Place the hamburger patty on the bottom of the burger bun. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard, sprinkle with shallots and pickles, and top with the burger bun lid.
