Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g minced beef
  • 2 points hamburger bun
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of processed cheese (cheddar)
  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • n. B. onion rings
  • e.g. iceberg lettuce
  • n. B. Pickled gherkin(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

For each serving, form 100g of beef into a patty about finger-thick. Brown in a pan, season one side with salt and pepper, flip, and continue cooking. Then immediately top with the cheddar cheese. For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with the spices and vinegar, and add 1 finely chopped gherkin. Cut open the hamburger buns and brown briefly in the pan. Top the underside of the bun with the sauce, lettuce, gherkins, onion rings, and patty, then repeat the same sequence. This makes 2 Big Macs.
