Hamburger Made By Yourself
The perfect hamburger made by yourself recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the meatballs
- 300 g Ground beef
- 1 Egg
- 1 Roll from the day before
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- Chilli from the mill
aside from that
- Hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Pickled cucumber
- Tomatoes
- Remoulade
- Tomato ketchup
- Soak the bun in warm water. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes.
- Put the ground beef in a bowl and season with the egg, onion, garlic, bread roll, mustard, salt, pepper from the mill and chilli from the mill and mix well. Shape meatballs and fry in a pan with oil.
- Now cover the hamburger buns with the lettuce leaf, meatball, onion rings, tomato and cucumber. Put the tartar sauce and ketchup on the other half. Close it and enjoy your meal.
