Ingredients

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 50 g Corn starch
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 100 ml Water
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 50 g Butter
  • Milk or sweet cream, sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Heat the water, milk, butter, egg and sugar (do not boil!), Butter should melt. (Also works with just water and margarine)
  • Mix with yeast and a little flour to a light paste, leave to stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Add the remaining flour and Mondamin and salt underneath and knead thoroughly with a hand mixer (dough hook) or food processor (at least 5 minutes)
  • Put in a warm place and let rise for 1 hour. Shape 8 rolls of the same size, press into shape, spread with milk or cream and sprinkle with grains, let rise for another hour, ideally in the oven at 50 to 60 degrees. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes, it tastes particularly delicious warm, and you can do it without a hamburger
