Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g minced meat
- 50 g oat flakes
- 125 g blue cheese
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 egg(s)
- smoked salt
- pepper
- ½ tsp oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Knead the ground beef with the oats, ketchup, milk, mustard, and egg into a dough. Season with smoked salt, pepper, and oregano. Cut the blue cheese into small pieces. Form the ground beef and blue cheese into 6 equal-sized burgers. Heat oil in a pan and fry the burgers well on both sides. Serve the burgers on hamburger buns with any other desired toppings.
