Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- breadcrumbs
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions

Pour the minced meat mixture into a bowl. Finely chop the onion and add it to the minced meat mixture along with a tablespoon of mustard. Add the egg and a little salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Finally, add the breadcrumbs, but only enough to ensure they adhere well to the mixture. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the easily shaped meatballs until well cooked on both sides.
