Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slice(s) of bread, or more
- e.g. butter or margarine
- 1 pack of gravy (hunter’s or gravy)
- e.g. water, for the sauce powder
- 2 servings of potato salad
- 8 slice(s) roast pork – cold cuts
- 4 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Spread the bread slices with butter or margarine and divide them between two plates. Then top each slice with four slices of roast pork and spread the potato salad on top. Fry the eggs until fried. Prepare the sauce according to the instructions, pour it hot over the potato salad, and then top each slice with two hot fried eggs.
