Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 60 g mayonnaise
  • 30 g ketchup
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 8 gherkins, finely chopped
  • 1 onion(s), very finely chopped
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

super delicious hamburger sauce

Mix together the mayonnaise and ketchup. Finely chop the gherkins and onion and add, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika. I’ve found that the sauce tastes better if you let it rest in the refrigerator for a day, as this allows the flavors to develop.
