Hamburger with Devil’s Sauce
The perfect hamburger with devil’s sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the devil sauce:
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bit Red pointed peppers
- 1 Bit Pointed peppers green
- 1 teaspoon Tomato paste
- 1 small Clove of garlic
- 1 Tomato
- 200 ml Dry red wine
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- 2 Splash Tabasco
- 2 Splash Food starch
- Preparation: Cut the onion, bell pepper and the tomato into fine cubes, finely chop the clove of garlic.
- Preparation 2: Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the hamburgers vigorously on both sides. Lift out of the pan and keep warm.
- Place the onion cubes in the frying fat from the hamburgers and brown them, add the paprika and sauté briefly, finally roast the tomato paste and garlic for 1 minute, add the tomato cubes and deglaze with red wine.
- Season with pepper and salt and cook with the lid on for about 7 minutes. If necessary, thicken the sauce with the starch, season with Tabasco and serve with the hamburgers. There was also fried potatoes.
