Hamburger Red Grits with Vanilla Sauce

The perfect hamburger red grits with vanilla sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Berry mix
  • 500 ml Currant juice
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 40 g Food starch
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 2 Vanilla pods
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. Mix the fruit juice with the sugar and starch and bring to the boil. Add the berries, pour into 5 small glasses and refrigerate for 4 hours. Bring the cream with the scraped out vanilla pulp and the vanilla sugar to the boil and let it cool down too. Cover the filled glasses with the vanilla sauce and serve.
