Butter Shortcrust – Basic Recipe – Sweet
The perfect butter shortcrust – basic recipe – sweet recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Flour
- 80 g Powdered sugar
- 175 g Butter – diced
- 4 Egg yolk
- 1 pinch Salt
- Put the flour on the baking board. Make a well, add eggs – add salt, sugar and diced butter and work quickly into a dough. Put the dough in foil or a freezer bag and let it rest for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Half of it was enough for a 26 cm tart pan – rolled out thinly – see recipe cheesecake
- Unrolled on a baking paper and rolled up – the dough can be wonderfully frozen – for the quick tart when surprise guests come 😉
- Baked the tart base blind at 160 degrees for about 10-12 minutes
