Hamburger with Difference

The perfect hamburger with difference recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 kg Ground beef
  • 2 Pc. Big onion
  • 3 Pc. Beefsteak tomatoes
  • 13 Discs Cheddar cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika spice
  1. Cut tomatoes and 1 onion into slices (approx. 0.5 cm) cut the other onion in half.
  2. Season the minced meat (you can also use half and half) with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Form about 13 patties out of the meat (it can also be more or less, depending on how high you want it)
  3. Place one half of the onion with the cut surface on a baking sheet and put a metal ring around it (we had built a sturdy construction for it ourselves). Stick a long metal rod into the center of the onion.
  4. Now it is stacked (look how high your oven is so that it fits in.) Meat – tomato – cheddar – meat – onion – cheddar … until everything is used up or so that it still fits in your oven.
  5. Finally, put the other half of the onion on top.
  6. And now very carefully in the oven with it and bake at 200 degrees convection for about 45 minutes.
  7. When the tower is finished, the tower is cut like with a kebab.
