Hamburger with mushroom pears

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pear(s)
  • 120 g mushrooms, brown, approx. 6 pieces
  • 100 g beef burger patties, 1 piece, refrigerated counter
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, confit
  • Salt
  • Pepper, black from the mill
  • Fat for frying
  • 1 tbsp honey (forest honey)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Heat the fat in a pan over medium heat and fry the hamburger on both sides, seasoning with salt and pepper. Lightly break up the garlic clove with a fork and fry it in the pan. Peel, core, and dice the pear. Slice the cleaned mushrooms and add them to the meat along with the pear pieces. Reduce the heat to low and sauté for 6 minutes, turning frequently. During the last minute, add the honey, season the mushrooms with pepper, stir, and let it marinate. Arrange on a plate, garnish, and serve. Approx. 400 kcal per serving.
