  • 1 jar salmon substitute (smoked pollock schnitzel)
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled (at least 10 min.), chopped
  • 1 handful of chives, small handful, cut into rolls
  • possibly salt
  • Pepper, black from the mill
  • possibly cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the salmon schnitzels a little finer (drain off some of the oil), mix in the finely chopped onion and cream cheese, and mix well. Add the boiled eggs and chives. Taste for saltiness from the salmon; if not, add more salt. Season with freshly ground black pepper, and your spread is ready. If the mixture isn’t creamy enough, you can add a little sweet cream.
