Hannah’s Bolognese

The perfect hannah’s bolognese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 gr Spaghetti
  • 250 gr Mixed minced meat
  • 100 gr Lean bacon
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 400 ml Tomato pulp
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • 150 ml Red wine
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Sea salt, pepper
  • Soy sauce
  1. Peel the carrots and grate them very finely.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, chop finely. Sauté together with the diced bacon in a hot pan with a little olive oil until translucent.
  3. Add the minced meat, sugar and tomato paste and fry. Deglaze with red wine, stir in the grated carrots and marjoram, season with soy sauce, salt and pepper and simmer over a low flame for 10 minutes.
  4. Cook the spaghetti al dente. And then pour a piece of butter over the pasta. Bolognese over and done.
