Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 thin fish fillets
- 4 tbsp cream cheese, neutral
- 2 tbsp pesto, from a jar or homemade
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pesto fish from the foil
Season the fish with salt and pepper. Mix the pesto with the cream cheese. Place a small amount of pesto on each piece of aluminum foil, allowing it to be folded back over. Spread the remaining pesto over the fish and close the foil. Bake in the center of the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan and sprinkle over the top. Rice goes well with this dish.
