Spaghetti with tuna sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 5 anchovy fillets
  • 250 g porcini mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can of tuna, natural
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti. Dice the tomatoes and finely chop the garlic. Dice the anchovies and slice the mushrooms. Sauté the garlic and mushrooms in oil. Add the tomatoes and anchovies, sauté for about 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Stir in the tuna. Add 1/2 cup of the pasta water to the sauce. Chop the parsley and stir it into the sauce. Serve with the spaghetti.
