- 1 shot of milk, maybe 2
- ½ sachet of baking powder
- 200 g flour

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven and line two baking sheets with baking paper. Combine the egg, Nutella, a splash of milk, baking powder, and half of the flour in a mixing bowl and mix. Gradually add the remaining flour. The dough is ready when it forms a sticky but evenly firm mass. If the dough is still crumbly, add a splash more milk. Form the dough into medium-sized balls and place them on the baking sheets, leaving plenty of space between them. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes.
