- ½ onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 50 g cheese (Harzer)
- some white wine
- some milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
low-fat and low-calorie pasta sauce
Sauté the onions and garlic in a small pan or saucepan, then deglaze with a little white wine. Then add the milk so the onions and garlic float slightly. Crumble the Harzer cheese and stir in. Let it simmer briefly until the cheese has melted.
