Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g kumquat(s)
- 400 g sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Wash the kumquats and cover them with water in a pot. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the sugar and cinnamon, bring back to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and drain. Transfer to sterilized jars and refrigerate.
