Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- ½ bottle of ketchup
- 200 ml cream
- 1 m.-large cauliflower
- 2 tbsp marjoram
- 150 g cheese, grated
- Salt
- pepper

Brown the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and place in a casserole dish. Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water. It should still be a bit crunchy, though. Mix the ketchup with the cream and pour about 1/3 over the minced meat. Then spread the cauliflower on top and pour the remaining sauce over it, ensuring the cauliflower is completely covered. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Sprinkle the marjoram over the casserole and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C. The casserole is ready when the cheese is golden brown. Serve with boiled potatoes, rice, and bread.
