Hash Horns
The perfect hash horns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Croissant noodles
- 400 g Leftover meat or sausage
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
- For the classic hash croissants, boil the croissants, strain them and set aside. Peel the sausage, cut into slices, strips and cut into cubes.
- Peel the garlic and onion, chop very finely.
- Wash the parsley, shake dry and finely chop the leaves.
- Melt the butter in a large pan, fry the sausage in it, then add the cut onions and garlic cloves and fry for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Finally add the croissants and fry them briefly and fry them with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley and serve the hash croissants right away.
