Hash Horns

The perfect hash horns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Croissant noodles
  • 400 g Leftover meat or sausage
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
  1. For the classic hash croissants, boil the croissants, strain them and set aside. Peel the sausage, cut into slices, strips and cut into cubes.
  2. Peel the garlic and onion, chop very finely.
  3. Wash the parsley, shake dry and finely chop the leaves.
  4. Melt the butter in a large pan, fry the sausage in it, then add the cut onions and garlic cloves and fry for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Finally add the croissants and fry them briefly and fry them with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve the hash croissants right away.
  7. 7th TIP – ham, leftovers, bacon, meat loaf can also be used there. You can also add a dash of cream. I have made.
