Cigar-shaped dessert pastries

Peel the zest from the orange and knead it into a dough with the grated nuts, sugar, both eggs, and cinnamon. Soak the rice papers individually in cold water until soft, dry, place a small roll of nut filling at one end, brush the edges with egg white, fold in the sides, and roll them into a cigar-like shape. Deep-fry in hot oil and place on kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat. Heat the honey in a small saucepan, add the rum, and either dip the cigars in the flavored honey or brush them all over with the mixture. You can also bake the cigars in the oven at 120 degrees Celsius (250 degrees Fahrenheit), brushing them regularly with sugar syrup. However, you won’t get the crispy surface this way.
