Ingredients
 

  • 4 Discs Fillet steaks
  • Lemon pepper
  • Fleur de Sel sea salt
  • 1 Can Coconut milk -5ooml
  • 0,125 Pineapple juice
  • 4 Discs Diced pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon Thai curry
  • 1 teaspoon Lime
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions
 

  • Cut the meat into 4 parts, season with salt and pepper, peel the garlic and chop it finely. Heat a tablespoon of butter in the pan, add the meat and roast it, add the garlic and roast it too, when everything has a nice light brown color with coconut milk and pour on the pineapple juice, season with the curry powder and simmer gently for 10 minutes .......... then add the pineapple cubes and 3/4 of the lime juice and warm up briefly.
  • Boil the pasta in salted water until soft, then drain and fry in butter, finally fold in a teaspoon of lime juice and a tablespoon of parsley.
  • Enjoy everything together
