Hawaiian chicken fillets

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 4 slice(s) pineapple from the can
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp cognac
  • 50 ml pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp pepper, green from the jar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Season the chicken fillets and place them in an ovenproof dish. Place a pineapple slice on each fillet. Mix the sauce ingredients and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Spread the sauce over the chicken and place the dish in the preheated oven. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for approximately 40 minutes. Serve with croquettes.
