Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets, 150 g each
- 4 peach halves (50 g each)
- 4 slices of Gouda (35 g each)
- 1 tsp, leveled curry powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 pinches of ground pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Rinse the meat under cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper. Then rub with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Slice the peach halves and arrange them fan-shaped on top of the chicken fillets. Cover with cheese slices. Place the prepared chicken fillets on the grill (on the middle shelf) and grill at 200-220°C for approximately 15-20 minutes. 300 kcal per serving.
