Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 2 packs of diced ham
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 1 pack of cheese, shredded
- 1 can pineapple, chopped (reserve 1 cl of the pineapple juice)
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp chives
- Salt or herbal salt
- some curry powder
- ½ tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Ketchup (curry ketchup)
- pepper
- Herbs of Provence
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. For the sauce, combine the cream, eggs, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and cheese cubes in a bowl and whisk to combine. Season to taste with basil, parsley, chives, salt or herb salt, pepper, Provençal herbs, curry powder, and mustard. Lightly fry the ham cubes in a pan. Drain the pasta until al dente and add it to the pan with the ham cubes. Add the pineapple pieces and mix well. Stir in the sauce and season to taste with curry ketchup. Serve hot. Tip: If you like, you can also add previously seared chicken breast strips.
