Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 jar sausages
  • 1 can pineapple, in pieces
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and finely dice the onion. Dice the sausages. Drain the pineapple chunks, reserving the juice. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Sauté the onions in a pan with a little fat. When they become translucent, add the pineapple chunks, sausages, and tomato paste and fry for a few minutes. Then add the cream and let it reduce. Finally, season the sauce with salt, cayenne pepper, and pineapple juice. Pour the sauce over the pasta or serve separately.
