Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 2 cups of water, lukewarm
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 1 pack of cheese (pizza cheese), grated
  • 250 g ham
  • 1 can tomato sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Pineapple Pizza

Crumble the yeast and mix with the first three ingredients. Now add water and oil and knead into a yeast dough. Shape the dough into a ball and let it rise for about 20 minutes. Once the dough has risen, roll it out and place it on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread a little tomato sauce on the dough. Sprinkle the ham, pineapple and finally the grated pizza cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 18 minutes. Serve immediately. Note: Only add a little of the tomato sauce, otherwise it will all float, as the pineapple loses a lot of juice.
