Ingredients for 24 servings:

  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 6 slices of pineapple
  • 900 g puff pastry, frozen
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Defrost the puff pastry according to the package instructions and cut into squares (approx. 10 cm squares). Cut the corners of the squares about 2 cm deep towards the center. Finely dice the ham and pineapple and mix with the cream cheese. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each puff pastry square, fold the corners up to the center, and press down firmly. Bake at 200°C (electric oven) for about 10-12 minutes on the middle rack until the puff pastry has risen. Finally, sprinkle the finely chopped chives over the filling. Serve cold or warm.
