with pineapple, orange, tuna and egg

Generously spread all slices of bread or toast with butter or margarine. Spread the pineapple slices with cream cheese, and the orange slices with orange marmalade. Arrange the canned pineapple slices on the cream cheese slices. Peel the oranges, remove any pith, and thinly slice them on the jam-filled sandwiches. Mash the tuna on another quarter of the bread, leaving the last quarter free for the egg slices. Cover all slices evenly with cheese and place in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, crack the eggs in a pan, fry them, and dust with paprika. Place a fried egg on each of the last four slices, which are only topped with cheese. These Hawaiian slices are delicious as a Sunday brunch, best enjoyed with a cup of East Frisian tea.
