Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of bread (farmer’s/ rye/ wheat)
  • 2 slice(s) salami or ham, depending on size
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • some butter / margarine
  • 2 slice(s) tomato(s) or
  • 2 slices of pineapple

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spread the bread slices thinly with butter or margarine. Top the bread slices with salami or ham, optionally seasoned tomato or pineapple, and sliced ​​(or sliced) cheese. When adding the topping, make sure the cheese doesn’t extend beyond the bread’s surface. Otherwise, it will drip off. Bake for about 5 minutes at 180°C. If you like it crispy, use top/bottom heat and place the baking sheet on the lowest rack. Otherwise, bake on the middle rack using fan-assisted oven.
