Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 slices of bread (farmer’s/ rye/ wheat)
- 2 slice(s) salami or ham, depending on size
- 2 slices of cheese
- some butter / margarine
- 2 slice(s) tomato(s) or
- 2 slices of pineapple
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Spread the bread slices thinly with butter or margarine. Top the bread slices with salami or ham, optionally seasoned tomato or pineapple, and sliced (or sliced) cheese. When adding the topping, make sure the cheese doesn’t extend beyond the bread’s surface. Otherwise, it will drip off. Bake for about 5 minutes at 180°C. If you like it crispy, use top/bottom heat and place the baking sheet on the lowest rack. Otherwise, bake on the middle rack using fan-assisted oven.
