Hawaina with Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 500 g Vanilla icecream
  • 4 Pc. Mango
  • 300 ml Orange juice
  • 1 hand Basil
  • 500 g Frozen raspberries
  1. Peel the fresh mangoes and cut into small cubes. Place in a suitable container in the freezer for a few hours.
  2. Put the orange juice and frozen mangoes together in a blender. Be sure to pour in the orange juice first. This makes it easier to chop the frozen mangoes. Add the basil leaves to the mangoes, put them in the blender and mix everything well.
  3. Wash the raspberries and grate them in a bowl. Now pour the frozen mango-orange-basil sorbet into a bowl to serve and place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the sorbet. Spread the raspberries over the ice cream and decorate with a basil blossom. Mason jars are perfect for serving.
