Hazel Walnut – Almond – Macaroon

The perfect hazel walnut – almond – macaroon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Almonds
  • 100 g Hazelnuts
  • 100 g Walnuts
  • 130 g Sugar
  • 5 Pc. Protein
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 0,25 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1 Msp Pimento
  • 1 shot Amaretto
  1. Grind half of the almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts. Roughly chop the other half.
  2. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until very stiff. Withdraw the sugar and spices. Fold in the ground and chopped nuts (do not beat again).
  3. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
  4. Place small heaps with 2 teaspoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
