Hazel Walnut – Almond – Macaroon

- 200 g Almonds
- 100 g Hazelnuts
- 100 g Walnuts
- 130 g Sugar
- 5 Pc. Protein
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 0,25 tsp Ground ginger
- 1 Msp Pimento
- 1 shot Amaretto
- Grind half of the almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts. Roughly chop the other half.
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until very stiff. Withdraw the sugar and spices. Fold in the ground and chopped nuts (do not beat again).
- Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
- Place small heaps with 2 teaspoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
