Dessert: Iced Kiwi on Quark

The perfect dessert: iced kiwi on quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the Budwig quark (basic recipe)

  • 125 g Lowfat quark
  • 30 ml Linseed oil
  • 30 ml Fresh milk

comes to that

  • 1 tbsp Coconut blossom sugar
  • **********************
  • 5 piece Kiwi fresh
  • 3 tbsp Agave syrup

preparation

  1. Peel the kiwi fruit thinly, puree with the syrup and put in the freezer for a few hours, I do that first thing in the morning.
  2. Mix the quark with the milk and the oil well, stir in the coconut blossom sugar, prepare just before noon.

Serving

  1. Put the quark in bowls and then cut off the iced kiwi with a spoon and pour it on the quark ….. then just let it taste 🙂
