Dessert: Iced Kiwi on Quark
The perfect dessert: iced kiwi on quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the Budwig quark (basic recipe)
- 125 g Lowfat quark
- 30 ml Linseed oil
- 30 ml Fresh milk
comes to that
- 1 tbsp Coconut blossom sugar
- **********************
- 5 piece Kiwi fresh
- 3 tbsp Agave syrup
preparation
- Peel the kiwi fruit thinly, puree with the syrup and put in the freezer for a few hours, I do that first thing in the morning.
- Mix the quark with the milk and the oil well, stir in the coconut blossom sugar, prepare just before noon.
Serving
- Put the quark in bowls and then cut off the iced kiwi with a spoon and pour it on the quark ….. then just let it taste 🙂
