Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 100 g almonds, ground
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 200 g milk chocolate or dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

easy and quick, without food processor, without flour

Crack the eggs into a bowl, sift in the powdered sugar, and whisk to combine. Stir in the baking powder and vanilla sugar. Stir in the almonds and hazelnuts with a spoon. All ingredients must be thoroughly blended; the dough will then have a very thick, sticky consistency. Moisten your hands and form small balls (approx. 1 cm in diameter). Place them on a baking sheet, leaving some space between them, and flatten slightly. The cookies will spread slightly during baking. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for approximately 12-15 minutes. Once cooled, dip half of the cookies in melted chocolate and let them dry.
