Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 egg whites
- 280 g sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 300 g hazelnuts, finely ground
- 70 g almond(s), finely ground
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Reserve about 3 tablespoons of this for the glaze. Stir the ground hazelnuts, almonds, and lemon juice into the egg white and sugar mixture. Place small mounds of the mixture on a baking sheet and spread with the glaze. Bake in a preheated oven at 155°C (311°F) for about 12 to 14 minutes.
