Mediterranean chicken breast fillet

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 40 g mozzarella
  • 80 g zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tomato(s), sliced
  • pepper
  • basil
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the aluminum foil into a square. Score the chicken breast fillet several times with a sharp knife. Slice the mozzarella and insert it into the cuts. Spread the zucchini and tomato slices evenly on the foil and brush with olive oil. Tear the oregano and basil into small pieces and sprinkle over the top. Place the fillet on top of the vegetables and tightly seal the aluminum foil into a parcel. Cook for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C. This goes well with pasta or rice.
