Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g hazelnuts, finely ground to flour
- 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 375 g powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 apple, grated
- 1 pack of wafers (baking wafers, 5 cm diameter)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
without flour and fat – super easy, super delicious
Mix the first five ingredients together. Drop approximately 1 teaspoon of batter onto each 5 cm diameter baking sheet and spread the wafers onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C fan/convection oven or 180°C conventional oven for approximately 15 minutes, until the cookies begin to turn light brown. Once cooled, garnish with chocolate icing if desired. This recipe makes approximately 80 wafers.
