Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 160 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 100 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- 250 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- Chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Crispy tea biscuits, makes about 30 pieces
Make a shortcrust pastry with all the ingredients. Chill the dough. Knead briefly and roll out thinly. Cut out circles about 4 cm in diameter. Bake the crackers at 160°C until golden brown. Once cooled, garnish with chocolate. Briefly toast the hazelnuts to bring out the subtle nutty flavor.
