Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 75 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g butter
- 150 g hazelnuts, ground and lightly roasted
- 200 g nougat
- Chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours
Combine ingredients into a dough and chill for at least 1 hour. Only use small pieces of dough! Roll out the dough thinly and cut into small 3x3cm squares. Bake at 175°C for 8-10 minutes. FILLING: Stir 200g of nougat mixture in a water bath until smooth. Spread half of the cookies and place the other half on top. Let cool. Dip one corner of the cookies into the melted chocolate coating and let cool again.
