Hazelnut oat cookies with powdered sugar

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g hazelnuts, ground
  • n. B. Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Makes about 30 pieces.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead using the dough hook of a hand mixer. Preheat the oven to 150°C (fan oven). Form the dough into small balls with your hands and flatten them slightly. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned. Let cool briefly and then sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. Don’t make the balls too large, as the cookies will be quite large.
