- 1 rifle Sardine fillets
- 3 Hard-Boiled eggs
- 1 Red onion
- 3 Gherkins pickles
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Rose paprika powder
- Boil eggs. Chop the onion and gherkins into small pieces. Drain oil sardines well. Cut up the eggs and sardines with a fork and add to the onion and gherkins. Mix everything well and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. It goes well with black bread, baguette or rolls.
