Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 ml apple juice, self-squeezed
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 2 apples
  • 100 g almonds, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Coarsely grate the apples. Make a pudding with the milk, apple juice, and pudding mix. Stir in the grated apples. Pour the pudding into a bowl and sprinkle with the chopped almonds.
